Bertrand Van Regemortel is the Senior Investment Manager in the Real Estate team of PMV (Participatiemaatschappij Vlaanderen).
In this role, Bertrand is closely involved in a number of realization projects for collective housing and is regularly faced with financing challenges. PMV is also strongly committed to combining heritage issues, area developments and social real estate, including innovative forms of housing, incubators for starting entrepreneurs or care homes.
Subject
Collective housing projects, such as cohousing, are springing up like mushrooms. Or not? They are already getting a lot of attention in the press. Many initiators are still looking for the right financing and risk management to help realize their project. An overview of best practices and their impact on the various risk aspects in a realization process helps to clarify things.
