Samenvatting
|
The traditional asset class of real estate, even though it is young in its own right, has seen progression in the understanding of the types of assets that are considered to form part of it. Currently, student homes, healthcare real estate including care and cure facilities, data centers, cell towers and even billboards are from time to time classified as real estate. At the same time, new asset classes have gained importance over the last two decades, the most important one being infrastructure investments. |
